DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery time will depend on the shipping option chosen at checkout. All times are approximate and cannot be guaranteed, excluding UK Next Day delivery.
Delivery time is stated in BUSINESS days, and orders must be placed BEFORE 1PM GMT to be dispatched the same day. Orders are dispatched from Monday to Friday. Any orders placed after 1pm on Friday will not be dispatched until Monday. If you have selected next day delivery after 1pm on Friday you will receive your items on the following Tuesday. Any orders placed on weekends or Public Holidays will it be dispatched on the next business day.
All international orders are shipped via Royal Mail International Tracked and Signed for. Please note, ENSIARE is not responsible for any delays caused by Royal Mail, especially during high volume seasons.
Depending on the country, international orders that are sent should take an estimated 5-10 business days for delivery to metropolitan areas of major cities.
Please be aware that International orders may incur a customs or import duty fee. You are responsible to pay all the Customs, Duties and Taxes on the order. Fees differ depending on the country of delivery. Please contact your local customs offices for further information.
WHERE IS MY ORDER?
If you have ordered within the last 24-48 hours, then please be patient - Your item is in the postal system and is working its way towards you! If 48 hours have passed and you have not received your order, we will be able to track your item and can provide you with a tracking number. Email us at Orders@ensiare.com with your order number and we will try our best to reply within 1-2 working days.
Returns will be accepted within 60 days of receipt, where goods are returned in perfect condition and where possible in their original packaging with all tags attached. For further enquiries, please contact us.
